This policy explains what data AdsFraudKit ("we", "us") collects on adsfraudkit.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you submit the early-access form. We use it for one purpose: to notify you when the toolkit launches and send your founding discount link.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to deliver the site securely. We do not use this to identify you.
• Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's font servers when the page loads. No other Google service, tracker, or advertising cookie is used on this site.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
• We don't send spam. Expect a small number of emails related to the launch, each with a working unsubscribe option.
• We don't use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), our hosting provider, under their own security and privacy practices. Email delivery may be handled by a standard email service provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU/EEA and the KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights — or simply to be removed from the list — email us and we'll action it promptly.

Data retention

We keep early-access emails until the launch campaign is complete or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, after which they are deleted.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be communicated by email.
